What is the SMDC Referrer or Accredited Seller Program?The SMDC Referrer or Accredited Seller Program gives you an opportunity to become an SMDC Referrer wherein you can earn additional income while helping your friends and family to find a new home.

Who are eligible to join this program?This program is open to all, except those employed by an affiliate/subsidiary of the SM Group of Companies.

What do I get if I become an SMDC Referrer or Accredited Seller?You will get a referral fee of at least 3-4% of the unit price (net of discount, taxes, and other charges).

After I register, what happens next?"Expect an email from us with details of your initial briefing to get you all set in becoming an SMDC Referrer. A friendly Property Specialist will be assigned to help you every step of the way in your new journey. Your accreditation will be valid for one year and will require at least one successful referral.

What SMDC projects can I recommend? Is there a number of referral that I can submit?You may recommend all SMDC properties and there is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit.
